Roof rejuvenation is a maintenance treatment for asphalt shingle roofs. A plant-based oil is mist-applied across the roof and soaks into the asphalt, replacing some of the oil that sun and heat have baked out. It helps restore flexibility and helps hold granules in place. It is not a coating, not a sealant and not a repair.

Pets stay inside during the application, crews shield plants and siding from overspray, and once it cures everything goes back to normal.
